Life during the CoronaviruS and/or BLACK LIVES MATTER
Greenwood Village, Colorado (USA)
My neighbors have filled an empty whiskey barrel full of hand sewn facemasks for the taking. Some masks have material sporting rabbits and foxes while others have images of planets and basketballs. There are sizes for children and adults.
Each mask comes wrapped in a plastic bag along with small handmade artisan soap for washing your hands. These people are my neighborhood heroes.
COVID-19 has isolated us from one another. This small act of giving suggests an outstretched friendly helping hand.
